Explore appropriate options, which may include:

Earwax removal
Hearing strategies or therapy

Hearing technology, if appropriate
There are no obligations to proceed with any treatment options. Many clients leave with reassurance and clarity, even if no treatment is required.
COST & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Private-pay clients
$100 for a full diagnostic assessment. Typically $80 - $90 rebate will apply through Medicare.
$50 for additional reflex and tympanometry. Only required when there are indications of physical damage to the eardrum or middle ear.

FREE* hearing tests through the Hearing Services Program
* HSP rules apply. Check your eligibility here.
DVA Card Holders
FREE* hearing tests and services through the Department of Veteran Affairs
* Gold Card holders and White Card holders (specifying hearing as a condition). HSP rules apply. Check your eligibility here.
Workers Compensation for Hearing Loss
While clients will initially pay the private-pay fees for hearing assessments, this will be fully rebated for successful claims for workplace hearing loss.
COST & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Private-pay clients
$100 for a full diagnostic assessment. Typically, an $80 - $90 rebate will apply through Medicare.
