INDICATIONS OF HEARING ISSUES

Sound familiar? It's time to book a hearing test

You don’t need to be “deaf” to benefit from a hearing assessment. Most people come in because they’ve noticed things like

  • Asking people to repeat themselves more often

  • Struggling to follow conversations in noisy environments

  • Turning the TV or radio louder than others would like

  • Feelings of exhaustion or frustration following social situations

  • Ringing or buzzing in your ears when there is no source of that sound

  • Family members noticing changes earlier than you're ready to accept

Don't put it off, especially if...

It’s important to arrange a hearing assessment immediately rather than later if you’ve noticed:

  • Sudden or noticeable changes in your hearing

  • One ear is worse than the other

  • Ongoing ringing or balance issues

  • Ringing or buzzing in your ears when there is no source of that sound

  • Hearing difficulties are affecting work or relationships

Early assessment will also help rule out more significant medical issues.

OUR DIFFERENCE

A diagnostic approach, not a sales pitch

At Natural Hearing, every hearing assessment is focused on understanding what’s really happening with your hearing and identifying the most appropriate path forward, based on all available options.

Our diagnostic approach is designed to:

  • Understand how your ears and brain are working together

  • Identify the cause of any hearing difficulties

  • Explore appropriate options, which may include:

    • Monitoring only

    • Earwax removal

    • Hearing strategies or therapy

    • Referral to an ENT, if medical intervention is appropriate

    • Hearing technology, if appropriate

There are no obligations to proceed with any treatment options. Many clients leave with reassurance and clarity, even if no treatment is required.

TESTIMONIALS

What others are saying

"Amazing experience"

"I have been assisting my grandmother (Alzheimer's) in attending her appointments. Her Alzheimer's symptoms have improved since she started using hearing aids a month ago. Her geriatrician has also confirmed this improvement...

With her hearing aids, she has a greatly improved quality of life, as she can now easily engage socially with friends, play with her great grandkids and enjoy family gatherings... with the help of Natural Hearing, she has gotten a new lease on life. Vinay has been attentive and caring. His customer service is impeccable, and he shows that he really cares for his patients. 100% recommend Vinay to anyone struggling with hearing or Alzheimers.

- Madeleine Hendricks

"without parallel"

I have over 40 years’ experience with audiological services, firstly on behalf of my widowed mother and latterly for some 25 years myself. Over this period of time I have been attended by many 'service providers' and experienced varying degrees of care and competence.

The service and expertise I receive from the audiologists and staff at Natural Hearing is without parallel. I cannot recommend them too highly.

"Life-changing."

"Life-changing. Absolutely incredible. I I received a thorough investigation of my hearing, a detailed report on the neurology, and a very clear explanation of what was occurring... The best thing was the advice I was given for calming my central nervous system that I now use every day with a profound positive impact on my wellness and anxiety management. Thank you so much to Natural Hearing! Kind people, excellent advice.
